Copies of the last three years of income tax returns.

Pay stubs (or equivalent documents) for the last 7 months.

Get (and print out) the trade-in value for all your automobiles at Kelly Blue Book.

Homeowners Only:  A copy of the last property tax appraisal for your home.  You can get this information for the counties listed below at the following links:

Tarrant County Appraisal District       Dallas County Appraisal District

Parker County Appraisal District        Wise County Appraisal District

Johnson County Appraisal District      Denton County Appraisal District 

Go to Experian, Transunion, or Equifax and get a copy of your credit report.  We are able to pull your credit report, but credit reports pulled by you are more complete.

A list with the current balances on all your credit cards.

A list with the current balances on the following:

  • Checking Accounts
  • Savings Accounts
  • IRA Accounts
  • 401(k) Accounts
  • Stock/brokerage accounts
  • Other financial accounts

All letters you have from any debt collector.

Information about any lawsuit judgments taken against you.
